Name: Lisa IrisSite: www.LisaIris.bizland.com/ About: A passion for art history and mythology pervades the art of Lisa Iris, a realm encompassing the contemporary and eternal, the sensual and spiritual. Drenched in gem-like colour and embellished with sumptuous detail, the goddesses and warriors who dwell in her paintings beckon with a seductive beauty. Love and art will triumph if we use
our lives to create peace; happiness for ourselves and others. This is
now the hope for my life. I paint sublime beings to portray the
profoundly
human, our quest for compassion, wisdom and courage - Lisa Iris.

About: Beginning his babblings early, Peter was brought before a child psychologist to discuss a disturbing piece that consisted of an all-consuming tornado wreaking havoc with human and animal captives. He continued to push creative boundaries throughout High School and College and was recognized for his accomplishments when he won the "Ron Bloor Award" for emerging artists. For over 10 years, he has worked as an artist, illustrator, designer and prop builder. During his off hours, he taught children’s art programs. At present, he lives in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada with his extremely understanding wife, beautiful daughter and strapping son, whittling away the wee hours documenting things that go bump in the night. |
