Athena: Creativity Potion

Named after Athena, Goddess of Wisdom, Creativity and The Arts, this Amber based potion has a deep, resinous quality, and is comprised of ingredients that are for stimulating creativity, awakening the subconscious mind, stimulating awareness.....and even a little something for drawing money too, because being a *starving artist* gets old after a while. ;) For both Women and Men.

This potion was inspired by a fabulous Poet who was kind enough to share some of her work with me. She told me that she wanted a potion to help inspire her creativity, but she was not fond of the fruit-based potions that are normally associated with creativity blends and much preferred a resinous aroma. So, I started with Amber resin, which is magically associated with creation and creativity - and added to it Rosemary essential oil (for intellectual stimulation), and a variety of other deep, rich resins that are known for their meditative properties, for encouraging concentration and mental acuity, and for delving into the subconscious mind. The result is a deep, resinous potion, rich in Amber with a slightly powdery, slightly pine-y overtone, that helps relax one into a state where creative energy can blossom and flow.
