Goblin Goo

Mmmmm, gooey peanut butter swirled with slightly fermented grape jelly, plus a drizzle of vanilla and brown sugar - you'll want to gobble it up!

This started out as a kid's after school delight, but evolved into something more sophisticated and unusual than expected. Unsweetened peanut butter was combined with cookie ingredients to start, (butter, vanilla, brown sugar...) but then the "jelly" note called for fermenting...the grapes turned to Cabernet, to Sangria, and the whole became something new! The end result is kind of what you might imagine of a gourmet peanut butter and jelly sandwich prepared for you by a world class chef.... heeee!
