What is the turn around time?



Most orders arrive in your mailbox within two weeks. 


Please be patient, all of our items are handcrafted and most are prepared specifically for YOU!

Return Policy



We regret that we cannot accept returns on fragrance and beauty care items. Federal law dictates that we have to destroy all returned items. As a small, independent artisan perfumerie we cannot absorb the cost associated with destroying product. Rest assured you will never be buying someone else’s returned items. We do understand how challenging it can be to purchase fragranced items without smelling them first, therefore we offer trial sizes which are a great way to test before you invest in full bottles. We will accept returns only for sealed, unopened product, shipped in error.
